hey! - weeeeelllll i was able to definitely SMOOTH out a ton of clunky moves that stumped me before - like passing behind my back.... the roll across the back and chest and in-and-out leg hooping. Particulary the rolling across my chest and back which I had been trying for months!!
I think my natural way to move is fast paced, and it helped with matching it to the speedy little hoop! but - I am majorly impressed by ANYONE being able to do the kick start - I keep trying and it just gets caught around my ankle :( ...Do you have any tips for me there?
