"Fibrocystic breast disease is a commonly used phrase to describe painful, lumpy breasts. Yes I did experience this and I truly believe chest hooping will relieve these symptoms as well! I bow to our hoops! :~)"

"hopefully it helps "fibrosystic changes". I didn't notice it until i started losing weight after starting to hoop. It was painful, they did an ultrasound, it looked scary to me lol! But they say there is nothing i can do about it…"

"I feel great! I did some research on breast cysts and yes massage and warm compresses help with any discomfort. Then I realized chest hooping does massage the breasts and my mammogram was nearly spotless of cysts!"
