- Improving my health via fitness & nutrition, obtaining my massage therapy license, MORE HOOPING!!! I never knew you could hoop after you grew up, but my friends Cat and Shannon have shown me the light and I love it! My sister says she can see me as an instructor and I think she's right once I get all the moves down and take a few classes myself! I'm also very interested in making hoops, so that's also on the horizon!
