Kate Johnson would have been 26 today.... she was shot and killed when she was 16, over 10 years ago now.

Although shes been gone for so long now, I talk to her just about every day.

The person she was when she was alive, has affected many choices ive made in her honor after her death.

Whenever i get scared or overwhelmed, I try to remember what a crazy free spirit she was, and how mature she really was for only being 16.

So I heard back from my dad about moving with him.... He said he would come pick me up at the airport in San Fran, and I can bring my dog (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and I can stay with him as long as I need to!

So crazy.

On sunday I was crying all day long, telling Rose I loved her, and accepting the dark mystery that was my near future.

And yesterday, I was tearing up all day long because of how freaking unbelievably happy I was!

I now have a ride, which is great because I was…  

Alright, heres the deal with my life:

I have a plane ticket to San Francisco on January 9th, 2011.

With me I am bringing my dog, some hoops, and a suitcase.

and so far, thats my plan (i did have more of a plan, buuuut now i dont)

So, I just sent an email to my dad who i have never met, asking if he wanted to take me and my dog in at his apartment in Flagstaff, AZ.

And if not, im really afraid ill have to leave rose with some friends back home, and try my luck in the…
