thanks Kym, yoga has been my touchstone through many rough passages in this journey. Your body is the temple you were born to worship in. But it can also be your amusement park! I hope you deepen your yoga practice, the two disciplines -hooping and yoga - inform each other. For some poetic inspiration, check out Rumi - a sufi poet who spoke to and through God while spinning around a pole in the courtyard, 15th century. Truths are eternal!
