Chest hooping tips with your arms in:
- Practice with only one arm in, then switch arms.
- As the hoop comes around from behind you, you can pump the hoop with that arm by bending your elbow.
- Turn with your hoop
- Experiment with alternating your arms, sometimes it's harder but sometimes it makes it easier because as you raise an arm you'll be pumping the hoop and giving it momentum.
- Practice focusing on pumping forwards and backwards dramatically, encouraging momentum.
