I have been hooping for a while now, I guess @ 2 years or so.....I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. Like I do the same tricks over and over....I really just need to sit and get some new tricks in my head and then go out and DO them.....lacking in the motivation territory, maybe festie season will help!

okay, so my goal for my hoop jams in the future has altered slightly.....this morning I was looking in the mirror and went to go bend down....only now do i realize how much different(and by different i mean better) my right side ab area looks than my left....i assume that this stems from the fact i have only been spinning for the last year and a half as a left current hooper(i think my interpretation of this is correct). I CAN hoop to the right it is definitely more difficult though. I also…  

Soooooo...the demo was bright and early this morning and I went, sick and all(and was 20 min. early **gold star for me**). I sounded so horrible that the gym director actually asked me if i still wanted to do it. HA , of course!!!! I didnt feel that dropping the ball right now would be good for my future with hooping, and teaching classes and growing my own community of lovelies here in NOLA...hoopers that is. It was FREEZING (well, for here in the south) and we were doing the demo outside…  

okay, so i have my demo tomorrow at freakin 9 am, i am sick as hell and its only getting worse, i havent been able to practice myself for the last week because of HORRIBLE weather and NO inside room. I was going to make a CD of my fav songs to hoop to just so that i have some good tunes going even if we arent hooping the whole time (and now i have to use Itunes which i def dont understand and neither does my roomie whose computer the mac is).
