I am very happy to have found this video. My meditation and practice lately have focused on surrender using the mantra "Om namaha" (I bow/I surrender). Shakti discusses fear (around 6 minute mark), how it affects your flow, and how to over come it through surrender in your practice. Very inspirational and an awesome trick tutorial!
