how far are you from cape? mira and i meet up regularly to hoop, but not consistently. we would both really love to have a weekly hoop jam where everyone learns and is soo happy to see each other(like a cheers!), but just don't know if there is enough interest...

Wow lady, thanks for all the love!! Made my day. That shoulder duckout trick is super hard. You have to really shrug your shoulder up on that last pass, and I haven't been consistent practicing, so I still have a tough time with it. :( More practice, I suppose!!
