I am so happy with my new hoop but... it is so heavy. I really need a lot more practice. I feel like its directing me- not the other way around. I can't wait for it to warm up so that I can practice without getting frostbite. I would love to be able to do the helicopter next and the vortex. The first burn all I tried was a little waist hooping- this time I tried a few off body moves. With time I will improve. If it warms up at all today I will practice with no fire just to try to get used to it…  

                                                         I am so excited to start a new year.

 My "resolutions" are mostly heathy habits to adopt. I'm trying to focus on healthier practices to add not concentrate on things that involve giving up or negatives.

                                  I'd love to hoop daily and improve my flow/style and master a few skills.

                                  I'd like to fully transistion to a raw vegan…

 

so.... I hooped outside today and it felt great ! I'm going to try to hoopdance 30-60 minuted daily or longer if I have the time. I am a little dissappointed that I still can't get chest or leg hooping and for some reason my vortex is getting sloppy and tougher to do. I think the music was a little fast today it's hard to concentrate on tricks with Rage Against the Machine playing. I did get a good workout in though. that's all for now time to watch some video for inspiration!
