Hi hoopers!I recently started to find my groove with hooping at the knee. I tried and tried while I was home, but then a few weeks ago while I was at the beach, I finally hooped at the knee! I did it…

What year did you start hooping? (e.g. 2003)
I picked up a hoop for fun in 2006, but once again picked it up for exercise in November of 2009 when I decided to make my own hoop...I started doing tricks and exploring my creativity May 2010.
What is your goal for 2013 and why is it important? (Doesn't have to be hoop related.)
maintain a healthy diet and active lifestyle...then for hooping goals, I hope to improve my skills and smooth them out...continue to find my flow and explore my creativity with my hoop. I'd also like to incorporate all the tricks/moves I have learned, as well as continuing to learn new tricks.

I hoop...for my mind, body and soul <3

not really, we just moved down here a month ago to start getting into the entertainment business here because its a bigger area and more known for entertainment. my husband and i have been performing for a while, he longer than i, but we have only done one show here because were not advertising or trying to get in anywhere yet. we wanted to get settled in and practice our asses off for a year first. were good enough to do shows of course and have done them before but we want to be just...bombtastic lol

my world hoop day

I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on how I felt after my first World Hoop Day...AMAZING.



I feel so energized, so inspired. It was such a great day and I feel like I learned a lot. I found an interest in mini hooping, too!



I want to make goals for myself now with my hooping. My first goal is to practice bringing the hoop up from my knees to my waist and above, because I have some troubles doing that all the time. My second goal is to strengthen my left hand. I was…
