(Sweet pic btw) nice hoopin with ya today! we always get ourselves roped into funny hoop things together haha. whats that guys name/contact info? i talked to him for a while more after you left cuz he just hung around but he's actually pretty chill and this music video is like an art project basically with music he wrote, he explained it to me in depth. i wanna do it but only if you do!!

Hey there dear, I'm just responding to your comment on doing isolations on your knees....It helps to do isolations and pops on your knees because it gives you a level surface to practice on. You just try and keep your hoop right above the ground and you know it's a straight pop. It makes for a great visual!
