Yesterday was one of the greatest hoop sessions I've had in a while.
Learned the duck in & drop on :)
Also, how to twirl on my elbow & transfer to the other ^_^
The weather was soo beautiful & I just hooped all day. (NO WORK! :) )
Might I add, a friend busted out her mini mood hoops.
I reacted like a child on christmas.
They were so beautiful ^_^
Cheap hoop

Went and got a small kids hoop today. Has 3 lights on them. The lights only stay on for 10 seconds and cut off till I bang them again. But, it's lighter than my large hoop, and I got a few tricks down today.
I still feel like my progress could be more. Having to go to work interferes with my hooping time most of the time though. "/
