SLACKRO- Blending Partner Acrobatics and Slackline Fundamentals
5:30-7:00p
Being practitioners & teachers of both partner acrobatics & slacklining, Sam and Adelaide Marcus have discovered overlapping concepts that both trades share. “Slackro” workshops combine acrobatic conditioning techniques that enhance your understanding of what it feels like to be on the line. We start on the ground with both individual and partner exercises, then move it onto the slackline. This merging of the 2 arts leads to an extremely fun and challenging mix open to all skill levels.. So come and try something NEW!

FUNDAMENTALS OF HOOPING
7-8:30p
The circular nature of the hoop provides endless possibilities. Allow Adelaide to get you started with a few tricks will get your wheels spinning and your hoops whirling. Adelaide will teach a combination of both on and off the body hoop manipulation, and introduce playing with the hoop different hoop on different planes and angles. This is a mixed level workshop geared towards beginners. All ages welcome! If you have a hoop bring it, otherwise Adelaide will have some to share, and some for purchase to take home and practice. Caution: very addicting!
