Friday June 5th - hooping stats

Lamp shade hits: 5
Lamp shades knocked right off and bulb smashed: 1 (quietly replaced without telling boyfriend)
Kitchen casualties: 1 bottle knocked off table (not broken)
New hoops made: 1 middling size
Hooping injuries: one smashed thumbnail, two fresh bruises on back of hand, several nasty pinches (chest breaks), one wallop on bare foot - the usual
People frightened by coming round corner and finding me hooping: 3 ladies on church outing
New hoop tricks: 1 -…

Manchester was great fun. Really well done. I hope we get more of them. Just being with other hoopers for a weekend is great. No one thinks you are mad for wanting to play with a hoop!
