WOO HOO! I finally made it into Hoop City. I don’t know how
many times I have tried, but the system would not let me sign up. I am not even
sure why I tried again tonight, but here I am.

I am German now living in the UK. I am trained as fitness and yoga instructor and I am not sure why, but I stumbled over hooping a couple of weeks ago. I just wanted to offer and also mainly learn something that is fun while you move. I have no idea where to start. I bought two different sized hoops but I am getting bored. I managed the waist hooping (is that right?) right from the start, but need to move on now to keep me interested. I stumbled across this site and now hope for the best. 

I have had my first bruises on hips and lower rips ...

... and pink marks on the ceiling which shows that I need help :o).
