Feeling SO alive!

This past week of reviewing Safire's classes for Seeding 1 has made me feel SO alive! So far I've been picking up things pretty quickly and I hope this continues throughout the entire course. I love love love hooping and I will never stop! <3

I've been having shoulder and back problems lately which makes it really hard to practice. I stretch and warm up for at least 15 minutes, but for some reason my body isn't cooperating right now. Please send me good vibes and wish me well~
