Every single day I do the same thing, even if I don't do any additional hooping...I still do the same routine everyday.
Start in lasso, spinning in either direction. Switch directions a few times, maintaining for 1 min.
Move to neck, maintaining for another minute and switching directions.
Do this all the way down to your neck, then back up to the top.
After this sequence move to vortex. I throw in some breaks and get going in both directions.
