Performance tonight. Had 2 this weekend. Kind of nervous. The earlier one on saturday didn't go as well as I would have liked. I hope to lose myself in my performance tonight. It's so easy for me to let go when I'm alone, in my apartment...just me and the camera. But I've grown to realize that I have a small case of performer's anxiety. I was hoping to find someone in the area who makes LED Hoops. I am trying to convert my current LED Hoop into another by taking the lights and wiring out of the tubing to put them in a new tubing. I will definitely pay for services, so if you or some one you know is LED savvy please contact me! I was hoping to get this done by May 31st for a performance. THANKS!!

I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. In my bedroom held my boom box. Loud music would draw my angry step father towards my room. I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing. In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes. All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. i just wanted to let you know that you are my inspiration. you probably hear that alot but this is true. my friend told me i needed ti start hooping and i found your videos on youtube and WHOA. i watched & watched, then joined hoopcity and added you and i was simply amazed. whenever i hear someone is starting hooping i tell them to look up shpongled hoops to get started. your videos are also the reason i listen to shpongle. after i watched all you vids i went and bought 4 shpongle cd's and was IN LOVE <3 i can't stand how much i like that music. i went to see simon friday night for my first shpongletron experience and O M G. i feel cleansed, my mind is expanded and free. :O i'm still freaking glowing :) so i'm just saying thank you and keep doing what you love.
