Practice waist hooping, and dancing while waist hooping
Practice everything in the dreaded other direction.
Hoop 30 minutes 5-7 days a week

I needed a safe outlet to let this all out, and well, Hoopcity felt the safest place I could think of. I am letting myself be honest here, for a first time, and I think I can because of the place my head is in. I really do hate myself. I don't want too, and I know all the mantras about telling yourself positive affirmations till you believe them, but I haven't the energy to care to try right now (any more?). With the New Year, for me, comes new renewed devotion to myself and a promise with the refreshed slate to stay focused on the changes I need to make to be a better me.
