I'm officially disgusted with BMI and body fat estimators right now. It's like none of them can agree on what's healthy or not. "Using your measurements of a 34 inches waist and weight of 157 pounds…

I started hooping recently, and I'm doing a lot better than I expected to. Corkscrews are killing me though! I'm right dominant, and as long as I use my right arm, I'm ok.... But my left arm is…
