Today was a great day... the last weekday I had off before my new Monday-Friday school schedule hits with a vengeance! Woke up early (been workin on that) and did 8-minute hiphop dance exercise On Demand w/ Danielle... it got me laughing and awake and I was so energized throughout the day! We've been trying to do yoga or something in the morning, tried the ab yoga routine but it was waaaaaaaay too hard :P
