What is this new move I have seen when people do what seems to be an isopop (ussually downward) into a what I think is a handspin and then back into an isolation or cat eye...any ideas?

"I would say start to warm the body up prior to hooping. Hooping involves so much movement in the spine. Warming the body with some plank poses and other core awakening exercises followed by cat cow stretches."

Hey! I am coming to Boulder in Feb to do an aerial yoga teacher training through aircraft! Very exciting, I have never been to Co before! "Awesome response! It is soooo hard when inundated with so much awesomeness. Your ego mind gets in the way. A deep meditative yoga class always helps me to get out of a funk. If not just turn on pandora, dim the lights, and give it a spin!"

- Its 2012 now! So much more to say this year. Goals:
Taking 9 month long yoga teacher training. Use this in all aspects of my life!
More dance classes! I watched a video of myself hooping earlier last year and boy how things have progressed. I cant wait to look back in a couple years from now!
