Buy vs. Handmade?

Is it more economical to purchase a hoop or to make one? Be honest. . . ;) My 1st hoop is a travel hoop that is getting torn up quickly. So I would like one for the homefront. ;)

That would be great! i have been looking for bloomington people to hoop with! all my hoop friends live back in my hometown or farther away :( I have not hooped with the Hudsucker Posse mostly because my work and class schedule have conflicted everytime ive tried to go! but i do want to go, i have met a few ladies that have went though and they all say its so much fun. We should definitely hoop together sometime or try to go to hudsuckers together sometime! they are starting to hoop in the park again and i really love hooping outside!

Well i love hoop friends! glad you are on your hoop journey! its the best thing that has happened to me!

I'll share a few types with you, first thing anyone ever told me was not to hoop on your bruises, it can cause serious health issues like blood clots in your blood stream that can go to your heart! yikes. But there is a cream called arnica cream that you can buy at health stores and it helps your bruises heal faster

also with chest hooping if you spin around while you are trying to do it it can help slow the hoop down and make it easier when you are first learning the motions. keep on workin at it though, you'll get it! <3
