Just wanted to make a note for myself about this :) Let's see if I'm inspired enough to start making notes when I learn new tricks. Also have progressed a lot with vertical chest hooping. It has been hard for me and I have…See More

Playing with my "hooping moves I know" -cards :)

Today I have been wondering why the hoop is so powerful?

Why does it make people feel so good?

What it actually is that makes the hoop so powerful transformation tool?

Is it the balancing and activating of the chakras?

Is it the round shape that speaks to our soul about wholeness and infinite connection?

I'm just so fascinated by these thoughts <3

Do you have any thoughts on this?

My personal 30/30 challenge

Day 1

Did it! Hooped for 30 minutes although I felt very tired. With my black market hoop, 30''.

Managed to lift this tiny hoop first time from waist to chest with hand shimmy :)

Felt a bit better afterwards.
