Just learned two tricks that I have been practicing every now and then since last summer. I can put my leg back to the hoop after hooping on one leg and know how to lift the hoop just with using my legs and "stretching" the hoop with them to give it a push. Hard to explain. Why does it make people feel so good?
What it actually is that makes the hoop so powerful transformation tool?
Is it the balancing and activating of the chakras?
Is it the round shape that speaks to our soul about wholeness and infinite connection?
I'm just so fascinated by these thoughts <3
