travel poly pro advice

Hello hoopers!  I am thinking of making myself a travel polypro hoop that I can break down into (6) sections.  It needs to be able to fit in the duffel bag that my husband  uses on his motorcycle.  So it can't just be the coil down.Anyone have a 6 piece polypro that they are happy with?  Is there any noticeable reaction to the hoop due to all the push button connections?  How is the weight?  How is the roundness of it?  BTW it would be 36" ODI don't want to go to the trouble if in the end it's…See More

random thought: Polypro conditioning?

Posted on September 14, 2012 at 6:45pm 0 Comments

As I am just finishing up removing the old gaffers tape from my polypro hoop with paint thinner (it's all I had), I have an idea.  "Armor All" helps protect our automobile interior vinyl from UV rays.  Can it also be used to protect polypro hoops?  I am aware that it will leave it kinda slippery until it wears off, but does anyone know if it could be bad for it in the long run?
