"My best friend is 5'7ish and about 120 lbs and she just graduated to 33inch plypro hoops. She can still do jump throughs and on the body stuff, she actually does a TON of on the body double hooping with 33 inch hoops. I am not comfortable going…"

I want to learn as much as i can from my fellow hoopers. This is important to me because hooping and quickly become a passion and outlet in my life. Learing from other girls allows me to make lasting friendships and makes my life complete.

What is the perfect hoop size for my body type???? Input welcomed and needed plz!!!!

Sooooooo I am about 5'9 and weight about 130lbs. I have been hooping since Dec. 2009 and I think its time for a smaller hoop. I have a 38in to 40in All-light and several day hoops of varying sizes that are all in about that same range. I feel that my skills have advance to a point where a larger hoop is prohibiting me from preforming to the best of my ability and is actually limiting me from doing some more advanced tricks. However, I dont want to go too small because I am so tall and I am…
