yeah i plan on doing that but i have find a club that would allow me to take a camera right now the one i want to do it in don't allow any kinda of cameras in it.

Thanks for the lovely comment on my vid. It IS always nice to be able to see the hooper rather than an LED video in the complete dark.. :)

Glad you enjoyed Southern Lights, it's such a lovely chilled out festival! We felt on a bit of a downer too, wish it could have gone on for much longer. Hope you have an amazing time at hoop gathering. I think Sharna Rose and Beth Lavender are holding workshops, so it should be an amazing experience :)

It's good that you're working with such small hoops already - it took me a little while to downsize, yet I'd always been keen to do so.

I find there's usually a stage where you get some real little blighters of hooping injuries!

My worst was when I learnt to kick-start .
I had a bruise half the size of my hand on the back of my leg - it was purple, pink , yellow and green. I limped for a bit with that one. Walking up stairs wasn't so great the day after that injury!

But they do just happen :(

Ooh! last night I managed to multi hoop for the first time!
I got the hang of doing lasso with one hoop & kick start with the other.

Upper body is my favourite, lol.
It's funny, as I was watching my old hooping videos earlier, and I've really come a long way, lol.

Bruises always happen :(
Try some of that stretchy bandage stuff - that's what I used when I started leg hooping and doing breaks on the arms.

Unfortunately, I can't make the hoop dates you told me about :(
But I'll definately be at next hoop, (which isn't too far away, lol).

How are you getting on with your hooping?
