Another Tuesday... another hoop jam! We will be down at Rotary from 6-8pm rockin out and playin around with hoops. We will bring lots to try and have fun with. Finally it's starting to become cooler weather! Outdoor hoop season is in full swing!

Since I found Hooping, Life gets better EVERYDAY!

Well, the title pretty much sums it all up.
Everyday, I find myself with higher self esteem, increased confidence, a bigger smile... I keep a level head at (almost) all times, utilizing the patients I learn from working with the hoop.
I've been making hoops and teaching classes as my income, sharing the smiles, the laughter, the frustrations, and the progress with my community. It's a dream I never new I had, that has come true. I have to sit back and wrap my mind around…

Gees, this last month has been amazing. Never thought I'd see Havasu Hoop! I'm soooo excited!
The Luau on Main Street was a huge hit! A LOT of hoops found new homes! And our hopper ratio for the day came out 55% male 45% female! The guys were rockin it! There was an amazing new hooper there who practiced ALL day in the sun without waivering. I think she fell in love. :)
Both private dance instruction and fitness and flow classes at Studio Seven are starting to gain popularity every…

I am sooo happy to announce, Hava Hoop's first hoop booth was a success! Thank you to all who came out to the Breath of Life Festival on March 13th! I met some amazing people, both already hooping, and interested in learning.
I have recently returned from the Teacher Certification Training, taught by Hoopalicious, of Hoop Revolution. What a treat! I am proud to say that I am now very confident in teaching both hoop fitness and hoop dance students!
