Hello lady! I'm Michelle! :] I recieved your message of interest for the class in Hanover, PA. Do you live near by? I teach a class at the hanover ymca tuesday and thursday evenings from 6:50-7:30 :] The new summer session just started yesterday, June 14th. There are 2 summer sessions, June 13-July 16 and then again from July 18-Aug 20. I can check on the prices for you to come check out the class for an evening. I go over just about everything there is, and more ;] haha. This is a description I made for my class :]

Hoop Dance!!! 

Hoop Dance is artistic movement using a hula-hoop as your dance partner.  In contrast to only hooping around the waist, this class will teach you how to hoop around your chest, neck, shoulders, thighs, knees, arms, and hands.  Along with teaching you how to hoop on all parts of your body, the class will teach hula-hoop tricks and maneuvers enabling you to create a freestyle dance.  Hooping will help you burn fat, tone your muscles, and promote a healthier lifestyle.  All ages welcome and professional hoops are provided.

Hey, so sorry I took so long to respond to you. I no longer live in central PA but my parents live there, so at some point I will be back and would love to get together do a workshop or something. I'll let you know when I'm headed your way again!
