So, for Christmas my boyfriend said he was going to get me a PSI hoop.

My mother got upset and told me that spending $300-$500 on a hula hoop was stupid. . If I got the hoop, I wouldn't have heard the end of it...so my boyfriend ended up just not getting it and getting me a promise ring. . .which a few days slipped off my fingers into a trashcan.

I almost didn't take this video. . .I was packing up after being at the river for a few hours ready to leave and decided to throw on a random song I have never heard before and take a video really quick. I'm kind of embarrassed that my hoop kinked and I didn't notice it .___.

Earlier today, while hooping outside, I was playing with knee, and ankle reversals.



Hooping has never given me bruises before. Not even ankle hooping. or kick starting the hoop.

But ankle hooping reversals? Ow. My ankles are bruised front and back, when I try to do it now it feels like my hoop is the edge of a sharp knife or something. I figured I may be doing it just a tad bit too hard. So when I am able to do them again, I will lighten up.
