Hey everyone,I have been hooping for around 6 months to a year and have noticed that my feet are turing outside and when I put them straight ahead I feel a kind of pulling sensation in my knee. Ok I think I am addicted... I went like 4 hours non-stop, but I learned how to kick start the hoop :) and I can do a lift in the other direction now :), but I am going to be super sore tomorrow... haha I will probably hoop again anyway tho because I can't stay away lol :), You know what I mean ;)
