I think I've found the key to sparking my motivation and inspiration! If I have a project, specifically a video,and a deadline, work and play naturally come together and I find flow in all aspects of the challenge, choreography, brainstorming comedy points,practice, the drops, all becomes one, like this ridiculous run on sentence. What can I say, I'm excited. This insight can help me on my journey.

Learning so much from SaFire and the other women in our class of 7 at the cozy Flowjo in Carrboro.  Our first day was 4 hours and I could feel the tension and inhibitions melting as we worked together and became comfortable with ourselves in this new class setting. 

I have definitely stayed in the student mind.

Co-experience not competition

Last night was my second time at the Wednesday night get together at Pullen Park. Everyone is so friendly. There are grandmas and children and dogs and climbing trees. It's beautiful.

Hank loved it. He spun his hoop, my hoop, danced his own jig, and made friends. (He called them fans.) I was delightd to see my boy enjoying what I enjoy and grooving to the music.

On our way we saw a giant rainbow, Hank's first.
