yeah my friend and i were theo nes who asked you where you get your hoops from :) i had only been hooping a couple months before i saw your show so it was really awesome to see your tricks! im gonna figure out a way to get her a hoop, no worries :) could i possibly ask for some advice from you on how you make your hoops? ive been making my own and for others but the products i use dont quite feel up to par, id love to find out what you use!

Next weekend, March 20 in Hamilton ON I am hoping for a warm, dry day to welcome in spring with some hoop spinning, drumming, maybe poi if people got em, staff whatever. It's pretty low key, just a get together, meet and greet jam session in the park. I'm trying to build a foundation of contacts so that *hopefully* when the cold season comes back there will be enough of us to pool funds and find a rental space to keep jamming in together. Also, throughout the summer, it would be awesome to make hoop spinning day trips to some of the great green spaces Ontario has to offer. A sort of hula hoop caravan, if you will... I want to hoop at Long Point or Turkey Point beach on Lake Erie.
