All the hoops I have made have been really heavy. I want something small and light that I can fling around a little more without getting tired arms. :) What kind of tubing and psi should I use?

I come down with a laptop engrained in my mind.
Under the tree for me to find.
I've been waiting forever for a new techno toy
One that would bring me the greatest of joys
But
When I get down the stairs something glitters and shines
It's a new LED and it's all that is mine!
Way better then a laptop.
Thanks, Santa. You're the best. (How did he know?!?!)
:)
