So happy to be able to hoop again!

I was planning to spend most of winter break practicing hooping..but unfortunately was not able to do so. I spent the past two weeks in bed with pneumonia and a fractured rib. This week I have been feeling a lot better. I went to the doctor yesterday and got the "ok" to be able start hula hooping again. Yay! It sounds silly, but I was really getting depressed not being able to hula hoop...even though in the long run, I guess it wasn't too long that I had to take a break from it. The semester…

I used to run but bad knees stopped me. Now I find I'm as addicted to hooping as I used to be to running, if not more so! My son's a long distance runner... I think it's in the genes!
