ah ha! so my poi, has crossed into my twin hoops and now double staffs are making sense today! i'm excited. i must say i have had little to no inspiration to play with my poi for a few weeks now. but i figure i will get back to it. i have other toys to play with...

figured out how to video tape myself with my friends puter. excited. oh woot. awesomeness. think my flow continues to improve. i feel i maybe spreading myself to thin with all the things i'm trying to learn but at least i'm not bored. think i need to work on my speed variations and staying in my planes more. also flowing with out stoping

got cold. took a few days off. thought i was going to implode in the house today. so me and the lover went down to the levee and enjoyed some sunshine and playing in the 3 slightly warm hours of the day. really felt alive and like new circuts were connecting today. plan on going out the marrow as well. weather permiting. i love shadow hooping. i really hope i can find a way to record my progress and put it up. the shadow hooping would be perfect.
