When did you first start hooping?
Well I first picked up and fell in love with the hoop at Earth Dance 2009 but I really started hooping early February 2010
Would you call yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced hooper?
Intermediate
How often do you hoop?
Everyday but some days only for 5 minutes, and other days for several hours :)
Do you have an indoor hoop space?
Sometimes!!! When I go to the grateful dead dances at the 418 project every few weeks
Would you say that you are obsessed with or addicted to hooping?
Yes!!! Very! I think it is a healthy and magical addiction :)
Have you posted hooping videos? How many?
Not yet but eventually i will
Do you have friends nearby to hoop with?
Yes :)
Do you teach hooping? If so, how many people have you taught?
Yes I’m teaching a few friends now. I love teaching hoop dance and can't wait to teach hundreds of different people. I really want to get certified as soon as possible! :)
What kind of songs do you listen to while hooping?
All kinds, but mostly reggae and dub step
What is your favorite song right now to hoop to?
A dance mix from a friend :)
Do you buy hoops or make your own?
I make most of them but I also buy them sometimes too :)
Have you lost weight since starting to hoop?
No but I’m gaining muscle tone and feel amazing and its healing my back! :')
( i got a back injury from gymnastics when i was 12)
What size is your favorite hoop?
36"  but I love hooping with different sizes 
Are you comfortable hooping by yourself in a public place?
Yes. I can get lost in the hoop no matter where I am
How did you learn the majority of the tricks you know today?
Teaching myself and youtube videos
Who is your favorite hoop teacher?
I haven’t taken a class from anyone yet so I couldn’t say for sure but I respect them all for what they do and I would take a class from all of them if I had the chance
What advice would you give to beginner hoopers?
Practice makes Improvement!!!! Don’t judge yourself and if you love something never give up on it!!!!
Do you fire hoop? If not, do you want to?
Yes!!! :) I don;t have my own yet but I can't wait to
Do you own an LED hoop? Where did you get it?
Yes and its Beautiful and AMazing. I got it from cosmic hooper
How much time do you spend on Hoop City Hooping Community?
Every once and a while
What was the first trick you learned (besides waist hooping)?
hooping above the head and hooping vertically in front and on the sides of the body(both directions on both hands)
What is the last trick you mastered?
The elbow pass overhead and vertically. Figured it out on my own. I was sooo stoked!!
What trick so far was the hardest for you to learn?
Chest hooping. It took my body a while for it to realize what I was asking it to do. Once I started doing chest isolations before trying. I got it! :)
Which one are you finding is almost impossible to get?
Hooping with one leg standing and one leg extended out
How many hoopers would you say live in your town/city?
Probably at least 50 or more people I’m guessing
Have you performed hooping in front of an audience?
Yes I have and I love it everytime :)
Has anyone told you you were too old to be playing with a hula hoop?
No and if anyone did; I would just laugh and say; you don't know what your missing
What’s the worst injury you’ve acquired from the hoop?
I gave myself a bloody fat lip once..lol it took a week to fully heal. OUCH!!! I felt so dumb. I tried to catch the hoop when it was flying toward me.
Have you ever hooped naked?

Have you been to a hoop camp/retreat? Which one?
I WISH!!!!!!! . I can't afford to! :(
