- To perfect my hooping skills I already know and to keep pushing myself to new limits. I want to start really diving into multi hoops, minis, and poi. My main goal is to incorporate gymnastics, ballet, and bellydancing more into my hoop style ..perhaps take a gymnastics class? =] and gain better flexibility so I can work towards being a contortionist. Oh yeah...and truly enjoy life <3 hoop on hoopers!!

Medical conditions preventing me from hooping.

So I highly doubt anyone will read this, so I'm just going to vent my little heart out here. I haven't been really hooping since october. This is my second year and not hooping this long is completely unlike me. I went from hooping every single day of my life for at least an hour to several hours a day to a instant halt. Not by choice but because my stomach was a ticking time bomb and my health completely did a 180 and spiraled down the drain, over the course of the last six months I…
