Hoop practice, 30 min. Mini lesson surface switching and 36'' waist.
I've got a few different sets of hoops (I like to have two of each so that I can use them as twins someday when I'm decent enough to do so.) I've got a set of 40'' collapsible hoops 3/4 100psi. I like them a lot. I can do almost everything with them (even some knee hooping!) But I'm wanting to transition to my 36'' beauties. They're 160psi 3/4... (And what a strange story do I have about THAT. : | )

So I take yoga classes, and I've come up with the best rationalization for getting more hooping classes. Get this: I pay 40 dollars a month for yoga classes. Paying 55$ for a hoop class that might well take me 2-3 months to snail my way through isn't really that bad!
