Ahh, the extra Canuck Costliness. How many others have experienced this? It seems rather hit and miss. A friend of mine had to pay an extra 100$ on her Atomic hoop at the post office totalling 500$,…

100 hours of practice.

Posted on November 28, 2012 at 10:00am 2 Comments

So I'm going to teach two workshops at a flow festival coming up. What the lump indeed. I know that I've been spinning for a long time, and I love to teach but I have to admit. My confidence is sort of out the window. This semester has been awful so I haven't done much more than learn to juggle and I feel a bit out of practice, and my theory could use work.

So I thought to myself. Self I said. As a moderate goal I should get in 100 hours of fan practice before the festival.…
