A little about my hoop-history :)- I've been hooping for about a week.- My hoop is homemade; 3/4" 10' blue PEX, a plastic connector, and blue professional electrical tape. It's a little misshapen, but it works :)- What I've learned so far, I got from Chemigal's youtube tutorials :) Lifting the Hoop off your body for right and left hoopers, weaves, and jumping through weaves. A small Problem...

I've been hooping for about a week now... And my tummy/back get really sore! I can only hoop around my waist for a couple of minutes, then I have to take a break and do weaves or something. I'm sure this is a common problem for beginners, but it still sucks :p
If anyone has advice or other tricks I can do until my muscles are trained properly, that would be awesome! I want to spend whole afternoons hooping, not just 20-30 minutes at a time with 10-15 minute breaks :(…
