The impact that hooping has had over me in the last year had been quite substantial in many ways. Aside from the wonderful changes that I have seen in my body, I find that I am more at peace with myself. I am more open to trying new things, meeting new people and putting myself in situations that once made me uncomfortable. In fact, I seek out situations like that, maybe as a way to test myself.
