Its countdown time. Does anyone else meet up with NaNoWriMo regional groups? Is it inspirational? Competitive? I am just gearing myself up to whether I want to attend some of the events in my area. I am so excited!! I am filling my head with ideas. Is it cheating to start an outline???See More

- I am going to make a hooping video for pregnant women! I am putting the finishing touches on streamerhoops.com and I am going to have prenatalhooping.com up and running soon. I am coordinating the video production now and I am very excited! I am expecting a child early next year and having hooping in my life in a time like this helps me to feel so whole and connected to my body.

Hula hooping through sickness

Its cold season and I have to ponder, does anyone else hoop through sickness? I have been yearning to do some whirls but I need to conserve my energy for myself and my lil' fetus. I HATE staying home and not being able to keep up my fitness routine.
This weekend I had half-days at work. I'm just now feeling the sore throat leaving and I plan on upping ALL vitamins/minerals/EFA's from now on. NO MORE SICKNESS. It doesn't do a body good.
