Leslie (HillbillyHoopers) said… - Thank you for taking the time to comment on my article about becoming one with the hoop;) I guess you could say that the energy within the hoop is different compared to when you're doing off body & it's that rushing momentum of energy that I find the most invigorating & encompassing. It just feels good as it rotates around your body as it interacts with each muscle & fiber of your beingness. I like the off body stuff it's very cool looking & great for strengthening the upper body but when I just want to spend time by myself in the moment I do more core body stuff of course I'm still a beginner myself but that's just how I experience it for it may be totally different for you & everyone else;) Or I could just be crazy..lol Anyway thanks for the comment & I look forward to checking out your videos loved the pictures on your wall;) Much love & many blessings to you as well!
