I haven't been on hoopcity in a while. Much of the time i find myself geeking out to a friend about hoops. It's about time i just had one for myself.



For a little over a year and a half i've been hooping. Pretty much addicted. That's how i felt about it at first, i had the hoop bug. But as time progressed, i couldn't deny the changes within me, combined with my yoga practice - My life had opened up to a new awareness i have never experienced before. last night i just couldn't put the hoop down... even on anitbiotics for some sinus infection and this back issue i can't seem to get rid of... hooping helps. i did something bad, or maybe it was the REALLY bad bed that messed up my back...



strange tho, it only hurts when i sit down for more than an hour and the pain starts to creep in and then after 2 hours, i fidgit in the seat at work. my coworkers prolly thing i need preparation-h or something... i try to keep it humorous at work..…  

I grew up with a pencil or paintbrush in my hand. For as long as i can

remember, art has been my passion in life. I mostly work in Acrylics

these days, but sometimes i venture into pencil/pen work and mixing

mediums. Sharing art brings me joy. Commissioned pieces are my favorite

works to create, it gives me a way of connecting to people. Whether its

painting, teaching yoga or dancing, my desire in life is to spread

beauty in hopes of making this world a little…
