Teaching regular Hoop class in Brooklyn!

I'm so excited to announce that I am teaching a regular hoop class, as well as aerial hoop here in Bay Ridge Brooklyn.





Hoop class is $15 and includes hoop rental just in case you don't have your own. Every Thursday from 6:45pm - 7:45pm



Aerial Hoop is $20 Every Tuesday from 6:00pm - 7:00pm

The studio where classes are held is at Exotic Curves Pole Fitness Studio on 9008 5th ave in Brooklyn. Call or sign up on line and reserve your spot in class today. So excited…  

The importance of not underselling yourself or your artwork

My college experience was spent as a cartooning major at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Great times, I met awesome people and I learned a lot while I was in college. One of the most valuable things I felt I learned was about the importance of not underselling my artwork, which in turn I feel can also apply to hooping as well.



Currently I am working part time at a small art gallery in Brooklyn while hooping and doing some freelance work on the side. I am constantly amazed when…

I've been thinking a lot lately about so many different things. For example, my life, what direction I'm going in, my happiness, the things I want to experience, my dreams...and mostly how to go about making those dreams come true. I feel like I'm at a major crossroads in my life right now for some reason. I'm very content with the way things are going and the people who are in my life... but I just feel that there is something more I need to do.

Ahhh! Excited and nervous! So I'm now not only attending the Black light Ball but also am preforming in it as well. About a month back, they called for volunteers to do things that were light related. On a whim I sent them a response saying I could led hoop at the party. I really didn't expect for them to send me a response but they did and now I'm going to be preforming. I'm partially really excited and another part shitting my pants. I've preformed before, but always in front of small crowds.…

Hey :] Ah taht's awesome, happy to make ya more pumped up! Summer cannot come any faster! You know, I don't recall any yoga classes... there could be... but they have drum circles, hoop jams, a cool slide haha, a bunch of cool vendors, and more.. gosh i can't remember.but when you get there, there give you a weekend guide of all the activities and such. so don't fret, you'll have activites :] yeah, with it being so hot and no shade, it's fun to stay busy. there's also paintings people do on others, these air conditioned game room that I can remember. have you been to any festivals in the past? :] nice to meet ya btw!!

Hey! ahh lucky you you alredy bought yours! yess this lineup is beautiful! :D glad we're into some of the same tunes. All Good is such a fun festival... a lot of things go on there. haha, like any other festival haha. but the view! omg omg, the view is beautiful. I would really, really suggest getting there REALLY early on thursday morning. like super early! The venues are really sweet, the people are really nice, and friendly, and what's super cool about it is when Friday starts they open up the main stage area..and there's a HUGE hill, and you're not just standing the entire time, you can sit on a hill and have absolutely no problem with sitting down, hooping or anything. you will have to see for yoruself, i'm terrible at explaing. goodness, sorry i've left like very long messages on your page! but anyway, you'll love it either way! :] what's your name btw? haha so i'm not meeting ya at all good, hey there snowflake! haha mine's Michelle. much loveee!
