Foot Pick Up to Fingers - whoop whoop! (and brain-dump of my skills - or lack of - and thoughts so far)

I thought I'd have a go at picking up the hoop with my feet - A few goes in I got it!http://youtu.be/md467MzcvIgThis is about the third successful attempt but the first that went all the way up the body!
