A hooping win!!

I'm still technically in the middle of my hooping practice but I had to share this on the site. So I have been hooping for about a month and a half now, trying to get in as much as I can (not enough for me, in my opinion) and I had been having trouble with chest hooping. Four practices later and I can…See More

I can keep the hoop up a lot longer than I could when I started, and just have more control in general when it comes to waist hooping. First day hooping- EVER

I got home today from work and what do I see propped up against the dinner table? My new hula hoop I ordered from BodyHoops!! I am brand new to hooping, dancing, or any kind of graceful movement at all so I was really excited to get started.

My ribs ache, I'm pretty sure I'll have trouble moving tomorrow, and I don't want to ever stop using my hoop. I went from someone who couldn't keep the hula hoop up for more than 2 revolutions to keeping it up for the span of at least 45 seconds…
